UNIVERSITY WEST OF SCOTLAND

At Scotland's leading University (University Of The West Of Scotland) in partnership with TOOB and its suppliers we spent nearly 1.5 years looking at some of the challenging technical issues that it faced in order to produce the TOOB product in volume. Most of its research centred around TOOBs very special mirror technology both in the application of coatings and plastic moldings. Without these Scottish Enterprise sponsored projects it would have been impossible to deliver even a prototype that met the basic standards. This is a great example of the private and science sectors working together to deliver an inspiring difference to our world.
